The following is a chronological list of the steps we take to repair your vehicle:
- Assess the damage on your vehicle and write an estimate
- Verify your insurance coverage and schedule the repair for your vehicle
- Order parts and receive them at our auto body shop before your car is scheduled to arrive
- Begin auto body repairs
- Analyze the damage and find out if there is additional damage
- Write a Supplement if we find additional damage and contact your insurance for approval
- Replace all damaged parts and restore vehicle
- Find your vehicle’s paint color match with our computerized system and apply multiple coats of paint to the area of your car we repaired
- We contact you to schedule a time for you to pick up your vehicle and review different payment options
- We discuss the repairs we made on your vehicle and review payment options. We also ensure we answered all of your questions and concerns
